Our mission is to build the best quality home, while keeping costs down as much as possible. We are committed to achieving total customer satisfaction, not just during the building process but after the home is done as well. Paying close attention to detail while the home is under construction is of extreme importance. Stone Creek Homes is dedicated to making the building process fun and stress free like it should be. We know that this is the largest investment our clients will make in their lifetime.
 
Construction
 
Quality construction is the standard in a Stone Creek Home from start to finish. An engineered foundation, floor system and roof trusses are just the beginning. 2 x 6 exterior walls, R38 ceiling/R19 wall insulation and high efficiency furnaces/AC's are the standard. Hand textured walls with faux accents are another feature of our homes. We use only the best construction materials available and hire the most highly skilled subcontractors to perform the work. Our History

The office of Stone Creek Homes is located at the base of the Colorado National Monument in beautiful Grand Junction, Colorado. The area is home to many activities such as biking, hiking, rafting and golf. There are also many attractions to visit such as wineries, orchards and festivals. Skiing at world class resorts such as Aspen and Vail are an easy two hour drive. 


The business is family owned and operated by Bob and Lauren White. By keeping the business relatively small, Bob and Lauren are able offer very personal, hands on service during the construction of your home.

 

Stone Creek Homes has built many homes throughout the valley including: Independence Valley, River Terrace and various other locations. Let us take you on a tour of these locations and homes.
